Children in Uganda lack rights because of the Lord’s Resistance Army led by Joseph Kony and yet, Stella Ayo-Ondogo shows the power of one by being the National Program Coordinator of the UCRNN, supervising organizations that helps child rights, and also plans and coordinates program activities to help these hopeless children.
