  3. Quick & Easy Fruit Kabobs

  4. Step 1 – Gather All Ingredients For One Serving • 1/2 cup cut apple • 1 string cheese • 1/4 cup grapes • 2-4 Strawberries • 2 wood skewers • Any other fruits you would like

  5. Step 2 – Wash Fruits • Wash Fruits. • Besides using just water for washing vegetables, you can use an equal mixture of white vinegar and water.

  6. Step 3 – Cut Apple • Chunk apples. • Use a plastic knife instead of a real metal one if appropriate. • Remember that the apple pieces will be skewered so they must be cut so they stay on the stick. Thin slices will not work well.

  7. Step 4 – Cut Low FatString Cheese • Cut string cheese into ¼ inch pieces. • Use a plastic knife instead of a real metal one if appropriate.

  8. Step 5 – Cut Grapes in Half • Cut grapes in half. • Use a plastic knife instead of a real metal one if appropriate.

  9. Step 6 – Cut Strawberries in Half • Cut Strawberries in half. • Use a plastic knife instead of a real metal one if appropriate.

  10. Step 7 – Assemble Skewers • Assemble skewers by threading the fruit alternately with the string cheese on the skewers. • If you would like, mix Greek yogurt and a little honey for a dip.

  11. Step 8 – Leftover Frittata • Remove leftover frittata, created in “Cooking with Eggs” video, from refrigerator and warm up if desired but you may just wish serve without heating. It is still great.

  12. Step 9 – Serve • Serve fruit kabob as a side dish with the leftover frittata. • Refrigerate if not serving immediately. • Perhaps you can dip in a Greek yogurt and honey mixture.
