The culture was established by founder, David Neeleman, and during 2007 was continued through by David Barger who became CEO that year. A positive attitude through all employees has been the goal and passengers experienced happy and energetic employees. (S) 3. Passenger complaint issues have been among the lowest in the air carrier industry. (S) 4. Their acquisition of LiveTV seems to have been to good fit with JetBlue culture. (S) B.
