  2. PEARL BOBColor Application We began our color application by creating a backdrop color in the nape area using CHI Infra No Lift CBR Hair Color.

  4. PEARL BOB Color Application Release second section and begin your second color application.

  5. PEARL BOB Color Application We used CHI Ionic Permanent Shine Color 8B as our second color choice in order to create a dimensional color effect in a cool shade around the face.

  7. At the fringe area, we took our warm blonde lightener in our CHI Infra High Lift GB. PEARL BOBColor Application

  8. PEARL BOB Color Application Continue working with this lightener using clean partings until thoroughly covered.

  9. PEARL BOB Color Application This coloring technique was chosen in order to emphasize the warm tones over the cool tones and vice versa. This allows integration of colors and a beautiful outcome.

  10. PEARL BOB Cutting To prepare for the cut, first mist the hair using Keratin Mist to add moisture and even out the porosity making it easier to comb and allows for cleaner partings.

  11. PEARL BOBCutting The first section is taken in a triangle area around the nape at the occipital bone.

  12. PEARL BOBCutting We begin Pearl Bob by positioning our shears over the comb and cutting bluntly at a 0° elevation.

  13. PEARL BOBCutting The second section is taken from the upper occipital and working towards the temples in a horse shoe shape. Separate a strand of hair from the point of the ear.

  14. PEARL BOBCutting Continue following your design line cutting bluntly.

  15. PEARL BOBCutting The final section is taken at the apex by forming two triangles.

  16. Cut into the fringe with the blunt technique positioning your comb parallel to the floor. PEARL BOB Cutting

  17. Release the top section. Comb hair straight up from its base and twist. Cut into the twisted hair positioning your shears at a 45° angle from the hair. PEARL BOB Cutting

  18. This technique creates strands of different lengths. PEARL BOB Cutting

  19. Style dry with CHI Silk Infusion and the CHI Rocket Hair Dryer. PEARL BOB Styling

  20. After the hair has been cut and dried, we apply Silk Infusion and finish with Infra Texture to achieve the perfect look. PEARL BOB Styling
