The Consortium Model • Aligned with the “7 Pillars” – Clinical Governance Framework (included in tender documentation) • One Lead Agency with established business systems and processes • A mix of independent providers and agencies will work collaboratively to access, deliver and report on ATAPS and CPS service provision

  5. The Consortium Model • The lead agency coordinates the consortium through management of subcontract arrangements • Referral management will occur through a Centralised Triage Point • A Centre of Excellence will support student placement and continuous improvement

  6. Target • Disadvantaged and vulnerable populations across the entire West Moreton-Oxley Medicare Local region • Tier 1 – General • People with mental health issues with mild to moderate severity, including adolescents and youth

  7. Tier 2 – Identified Population Groups including: • people with peri-natal depression • people at risk of suicide • people of Aboriginal and Torres Islander descent • children aged 11 and under (who have a mental health diagnosis or are at risk of developing a mental health condition) • people impacted by extreme climatic conditions

Role of West Moreton-Oxley Medicare Local • Work with the commissioned lead agency to: • Oversee ATAPS / CPS Clinical Governance • Work towards a Centre of Excellence • Ensure session delivery targets are met • Meet the needs of the target group across the region • Interpret and analyse data to inform strategic planning • Promote ATAPS / CPS
