  6. Income Statement Where does money come from? Revenue/Sales/Turnover = Selling Price or MSRP • Less discounts Net Revenue • Less Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Gross Margin-money I can spend • Gross Margin % (GM/Net Revenue)
