    3. Cette étude s’intčgre dans le cadre de la politique du pays visant l’économie de l’eau chez les gros consommateurs. Elle fait suite aux recommandations du conseil inter ministériel du 21 juin 2001 pour aligner la consommation spécifique d’eau potable par lit hôtelier sur celle des pays du bassin méditerranéen et la réduire ŕ 300 litres/jour et par lit occupé.
