By-Laws & League Rules • Rules review – Maria Morris • New rules for Midgets • Tag up rule for off-sides • New rules for NEMHL • Intent-to-injure match penalty – minimum of 4 games or however long the player remains injured, or the Match penalty ruling, whichever is longest • Payment for fines in cash or money order within 2 weeks of and during the playoffs • Sign-in procedure for playoffs
