Results • Enhanced knowledge on labour issues and its impact on the world of work • Improved understanding on Micro-economic, Political and Social issues of our economy • Established standing crop of union activists with high facilitation and communication skills • Well educated trade unions
Activities • Coordinate the training of from affiliates: • Resuscinate the Education and Training Committee to spearhead education • Encouraging the recruitment of Education Coordinators in all affiliates • Training of all Education Coordinators • Identify special education programmes to build capacity for workers to engage on broader economic. Political and social issues
