HISTORYin 2001 first gender studies was established at Warsaw University from 2004 - gender equality as a horizontal principle in EU programme in Poland (Equall Initiative) – network of gender trainers, first programme of trainings
NOWNo obligation for gender trainings for civil servants but...from 2010 – every project proposal has to meet gender equality criteria defined in 6 issues (checked during assessment proceeding)6 gender studies at different universitiesdiversity management for private entitles
MAIN TOPICS: - gender role/ gender stereotypes- gender based discrimination- legal base for gender equality (national, EU, UN [CEDAW])- gender analysis- gender perspective in project's cycle: analysis and diagnosis of problem, defining goals, tasks, results, monitoring and evaluation
