How do you go get those people? • What sort of decisions/recommendations should this group make? • What existing governing bodies should be leveraged? • Who will be the FirstNet POC? Why? • How does this group enable an informed Opt-In/Opt-Out decision?

Key Questions • Outreach & Education • Who do you need to educate? • How do you prioritize/differentiate audiences? • What messages do you need to communicate? • Where do you get your information to share? • How will you conduct outreach? • How do you ensure stakeholders are receiving the most up to date information?

NTIA Request for Information • NTIA has issued an RFI seeking comment on various issues related to development of the State & Local Implementation Grant Program • $135 Million will be made available to NTIA for the State & Local Implementation Grant Program • Requirements for the program must include scope of eligible costs, definition of eligible costs, a method to prioritize grants for activities that ensure coverage for rural as well as urban areas
