The main offences with which people can be charged with: • Reckless Driving • Careless Driving • Drunken Driving • Speeding • Unlawful Use of A Vehicle • Vehicle Defect Offences • Parking Offences • Failing to Stop After an accident • Driving Under Influence of Drugs • Using a mobile phone whilst driving

  3. Road Traffic Law is Extensive and Complicated. All drivers must be the holders of a valid driving license. Learner Drivers must hold a provisional licence suitable for the class of vehicle they are driving. A qualified driver must supervise them and ‘L’ plates must be displayed on the vehicle.
