  5. VERITE Main activities • Portal for IMT providers • Discussion group and database • Workshops (IMTs, Benchmarking, Supply Chain Management, Clinics, MRP)

  11. WP9On-going evaluation An external evaluator will examine and evaluate: • The qualified results • Success of software products • Level of networking • Interest expressed by member regions • Local awareness campaigns

  12. WP9On-going evaluation Evaluation will be based on • Indicators collected by portal and DB modulators • A structured questionnaire completed by partners

WP10Project Management • Support of members to their tasks • Encourage inter-regional co-operations • Co-ordination of dissemination plans • Arrangements for payments • Consolidation of accounts • Two progress reports and cost statements • An interim and a final report • Development of the VERITE web site

  17. What do we expect by VERITE members • Participation in the workshops • Promotion of all activities to key actors in their region (local campaign) • Feed the database • List of local IMT providers for the portal • Support of activity and financial progress, interim and final report

  20. Potential for future co-operations • The potential given by EC for a global network with relevant purposes is a challenge • A chance to meet each other and promote future partnerships in research projects

  21. A few practical matters • Collection of bank details of your organisations (for the advance payment) • Collection of signed membership agreement • Keep your tickets, boarding cards, receipt for flight tickets • The official partners is responsible for keeping file of expenses and costs
