  2. By following steps you can fix printer paper jam error: (1) Turn off printer and unplug the power cord of the machine from the power supply. Note: The power can’t be turned off while the machine is sending or receiving a fax or the unsent fax are stored in the machine's memory.

  3. (2) Now open the paper output cover, if any paper is there on the front tray then remove it. Do not touch the clear film.

  4. (3) If the jammed paper is under the FINE cartridge holder then move the FINE cartridge holder to the right or left edge, now it is easy to remove the paper.

  5. (4) If any paper is rolled up then take it out.

  6. (5) Pull the paper slowly then pull the paper out.
