General info about your national challenge • 27th of March, Ploieşti, Mihai Viteazul National College • 1 day Innovation Camp – ~ 9hours • 20 teams worked for 6 hours to solve the business topic Conceive a smart packaging for your favorite food. • 5 business volunteers from 2 companies helped Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company and Gebruder Weiss • Teams were evaluated in 2 stages: • Presentations graded by the jury (75%) and the other teams (25%) • Best scoring teams were interviewed in English by the jury for final results

General info about your national challenge Partners • Coca-Cola HBC is a long-time partner of JARomania • Educational institutions were approached based on their logistics • County Schools Inspectorate is always a partner no matter the location • 1 host highschool, 1 partner highschool • Schools are recruited by contacting school management and inviting them into the project. 11 schools out of 11 invited opted-in and nominated a coordinating teacher • Pre-event: 2 direct staff, 2 support • Event: 4 on the location + 10 volunteer students from the host highschool

  8. Impact • 11 of schools (vocational schools or classes with vocational specialization) • 14 teachers • 98 students • 5 Volunteer Experts (2 companies) • 5 Members of the Jury ( 4 companies/organizations/institutions)

  10. SWOT No specific problems encountered while implementing the Creativity and Innovation Camp in a smaller location. Powerful, engaging format, good for getting media attention by promoting the European dimension and engaging all the (significant highschools) ... ... yet, time consuming to prepare ... ... elements in the experience to improve ...
