Use the liabilities section to help people sort through determining between gifts 2.Understand the dilemma of a person who has a combination of Equipping and Supporting…. There will be a great struggle on being willing to release. Help them sort out how their combinations of gifts fit with there present responsibilities: With what gifts do you teach powerfully? With what gifts do you lead powerfully? With what gifts do you preach powerfully? With what gifts do you pastor powerfully? 3.Challenge the gift of leadership for those who say they have it:

How are you impacted if YOU discover that you’re not a Visionary Leader but you find yourself as a team leader?

  8. YLG & THE BIRKMAN • SEPARATE OUT: Discern the natural from the supernatural. This will help you be free from interpreting a natural ability as a spiritual gift. • MOVEMENT: • From asterisk to diamond and from diamond to circle. • How does the spiritual gift (the power of God) impact the movement of your usual style. • NEED:The underlying motivational need does not change between the use of the gifting (supernatural) and baseline (natural).
