  2. This project is becoming common in the industry of construction. It means complete responsibility by signing an agreement. Now a contractor is also responsible for both implementation and design related to project. In other words, now product can be used for immediate purpose. Now customer can change it. • While implementing it efficiently, this provides many benefits to customers. Contractor has good understanding of levels of price in market. Cost is reduced without compromising on quality if a contractor participates in design and planning of project from beginning. This project also allows us for effective management without issues by other interfaces. Partial optimization doesn’t ensure any effective solutions.

  3. Complicated and extensive technical building system • It’s easy for customer to operate if a contractor is also responsible for whole. In fragmented services contracts, it becomes blurred, making it issue or complicated and tough to solve. If different parts work then project will work smoothly. Technical building system is complicated and extensive without affecting others. • Turnkey project is not a solution for all problems related to construction industry. They’re not fit for project that involve many different or uncertain factors and with lack of plan that makes it difficult to find the costs of system. This project has challenging projects of renovations in which cost can become uncontrollable. A contractor should include it on some conditions with agreements, means total cost can’t be checked or determined accurately.

  4. The agreement must be clear if possible thus both ends should understand the costs, quality requirements and scope of project. While preparing a contract, it’s also important to verify that a designer has resources and skills for project. In this project, a designer is most important partner.
