2019 Vision Board Step 1: Come up with one obtainable goal you want to accomplish, write it in the middle of your poster paper. Circle your goal or draw a shape around it (could be any shape: star, cloud, circle, square, rectangle, bubble). Step 2: Around your goal, draw lines that indicate the steps or actions that will help you obtain your goal. You need 6 or 7 steps or actions. Step 3: Draw lines connecting to your steps/actions. These new lines will indicate an idea how you will accomplish each step. Step 4: Inside your the space of the shape that has your goal, repeat the goal multiple times filling in the space. Step 5: Draw a small image that represents each step or action that will help you reach your goal. Step 6: Add as much color as possible. If absent complete poster on blank piece of printer paper

Quickwrite 1/25/19-Part 1: Write a brief summary (4-5 sentences) of what you read during SSR today. Tuesday we read about MLK. Like MLK, extreme sports athletes usually are not afraid of death. Dr. King remarked that although he would enjoy living a long life just as anyone would, the length of his life was not his primary concern. He expressed his whole-hearted belief that he was doing God's will and insisted that he had no fear of death or of any man. Have you ever encountered people who have no fear of death? What reasons did they give for their absence of fear? Why do you think some people fear death so greatly when it is a natural part of life? Do you fear death? Why or why not? Explain.
