  2. Case #1 • Aortic abscess tracking mitral-aortic interstitial fibrosa • 72 y/o man with known asymptomatic aortic stenosis status post ORIF hip 5 months prior.Recently developed fever, chills. Hx of urosepsis. Admitted for workup. Rapidly developed CHF, sepsis requiring intubation, respiratory support vasopressin for pressure control • Entercoccal endocarditis of calcific bicuspid valve with abscess, VSD • Aortic Root: Surgical Annulus 3.3cm Sinus of Valsalva 3.8cm STJ 3.8cm
