  9. 5. Communication • Representative office and dealers make a regular meeting to exchange the market information. • Representative office provide the information on new products through the e-mail or the document. • Representative offices and dealers cooperate to seek a new user. -08-

  10. 6. Delivering • After the dealer ordering the items, those are delivered from Autohitech by air base. • Representative office provides the manuals or the program CD to the dealer for Autobase program. • The dealer immediately pay in cash after receiving the items. -09-

Advertising • Representative office and the dealer do the best to continuously promote. • Representative office advertises Autobase software in the Monthly magazine in Vietnam • Representatives office makes the catalogs and promotional posters for Autobase software and offers those to the dealer. • The dealer distributes the catalogs by visiting customers or by the mail. -10-

  12. 8. Price strategy • Currently in Vietnam, the price of Autobase software is relatively inexpensive compared to other softwares(WinCC, Intouch Etc). • For consumers to buy more than 10 copy, we can provide on sale. • When the dealer sell the system,we can provide a different price. -11-
