  2. Introduction Melgisorb Dressing is conformable and soft on skin alginate dressing that absorbs exudate and quickly turns into a gel. It is also available with Silver ( Ag ) for use on infected wounds.

  3. Melgisorb Ag Dressings It is a Silver Alginate dressing used in the management of infected wounds or wounds in which there is an increased risk of infection. It is indicated for the management of moderate to heavily exuding partial to full thickness wounds such as: Post-operative surgical wounds Trauma wounds Leg ulcers Pressures ulcers Diabetic ulcers Graft and donor sites Partial thickness burns

  4. Melgisorb Plus Dressings It is a soft, sterile Calcium Sodium Alginate dressing that absorbs exudate and turns into a gel to provide a moist environment for wound healing to take place. It can be used for a wide range of moderately to heavily exuding, both infected and non infected, such as: Pressure sores Venous and arterial ulcers Diabetic ulcers Donor sites Post operative wounds Dermal lesions and other external wounds
