  1. 2014 PANEL

  2. The Panelists Steve Weir Web Coordinator, ASCUE & Director of Technology & Communications, Grace Point, Newtown, PA Amanda Kraft Electronic Resources Librarian, Horry Georgetown Technical College

  3. Questions to Consider 1. What social media angles are you currently working in addition to Facebook? 2. Who are your stakeholders? (Just students or combination of students, parents, administrators, tax-payers, and/or trustees?) 3. Who are you trying to engage? Exact same demographics as your stakeholders or not? 4. What should be offered/promoted via Facebook and/or other social media?

  4. Questions to Consider 5. What are your stakeholders’ needs? Which of those can be met via Facebook/other social media? 6. How are you building culture or creating a distinguishable voice via Facebook/other social media? Who’s doing the posting (student workers, staff members, administration, faculty)? 7. What ratio of “your people, your product, and your industry” would you say you share? Why? 8. What battles have you found to be most supported by your stakeholders? How do you rally the troops? (Any crowdsourcing success?)
