Legislative and Regulatory Activities • SB 82 Effective July 1 • GEMC Coordinating Statewide Awareness Campaign for EMCs and Coalition Members • Important for EMCs to Acknowledge Legislators’ Response to Concerns Raised (important 12 minute video clip of House floor debate sent to all EMCs – helpful to understand significance of politics in final hours of 2009 session)
