Definitions & Information • SEVO = SouthEastVirtual Office • JPT = Job Production Ticket • GRID = Main view window • Tracking GRID = Job Life Cycle view • Filtering = Sorting column data within the GRID • Browser – Preferred (Firefox, Safari, Chrome) • Windows Explorer – NOT Preferred • Pop-Up Blockers (Turn Off Browser Settings) • True & False = Yes & No

  3. Access Enter: www.sevo.sepub.com Login: Username & Password

  4. Tools - Options Tools: Options “Click” [Use Current Page]

  5. Options – [Use Current Page] “Click” [Use Current Page]

  6. Bookmark • Bookmark Page (add to toolbar) • "Open" Bookmarks tab • "Click" [Bookmark This Page]

  7. Bookmark • Enter: • [Name] & [Choose Folder]

  8. Shortcut • Saving shortcut to Desktop • Left "click", hold & drag the globe next to the address line and move to the desktop. Rename Shortcut

  9. Main GRID Window Button to enter JPT Indicates what Category is displayed Categories Filter windows for columns Records Indicator Tools: Export to Excel

  10. Filtering – Categories NOTE: Typing too much information to refine search may limit the final results.

  12. Export Data to Excel “Click” icon to export file to EXCEL. EXAMPLE: In the Establishment GRID the Small Diskette allows the export additional data as it relates to Establishments. Tools: Export to Excel

  24. JPT – Main GRID View JPT - GRID displays JOBS within the SEVO’s database. NOTE: Refine search by filtering categories.

  29. Filtering in Order “Click” any one of the column titles and the data will be listed in the window GRID in chronological and/or numerical order.

  30. JPT – Job Form Updated by the Account Manager and/or the Artist JPT – Within the JOB FORM the status of a JOB will be updated throughout the JOB Cycle.

  31. JPT Ad Proof - Tracking JPT - ADVERTISEMENT GRID displays life cycle of an AD PROOF. NOTE: Refine search by filtering categories.

  32. JPT - Job Production Cycle View JPT - TRACKING GRID displays life cycle of a JOB. NOTE: Refine search by filtering categories.
