Goals: INDINA Healthy, well trained and motivated employees are the pre-condition to save and increase the ability of organisations to perform and innovate! The development of a total health management and the INDINA-Toolbox is focussing to promote the ability for innovation of organisations, decent work and safe and healthy workplaces for employees.
working principles This should to be implemented by supporting, consulting and training of management, work council and additional relevant experts to develop a corporate health culture, that is • Counting on prevention and changing the existing cultures of repairing and corrective work design. • Emcompassing a preventive approach changing conditions, behavior und leadership. • Focussing on physical and psychological workload. • Identifying and strengthening physical, mental, social and emotional ressources to cope workload. • Promoting to use a mixture of expert knowledge and participation as well as empowerment f employees. • Embedding integrated management systems into corporate strategy. • Connecting experts from different professions to act in a commom sence. • integrating result orientation and controlling success.
