  2. What is Reporting Central? • Why are we replacing IESUB? • What is the credentialing process? • What are some of the new features? • What is the transition plan? • Where are we in the transition timeline? • What are some helpful tips? • Where can I find Reporting Central documentation?

  3. What is Reporting Central? • Reporting Central is an application which will replace the current Internet Electronic Submission (IESUB) system for reports submission • Multi-year project beginning in 1st quarter 2012 • Reports will be transitioned by series families or groups of reports.

  4. Why Are We Replacing IESUB? • IESUB is a 12 year old application • Enhanced security features, such as 2-Factor Authentication • New Application Features

What is the Credentialing Process? • Reporting Central will use physical tokens instead of Logon IDs and Passwords • Prior to issuing physical tokens, reporting entities must establish the following: • OAL – Official Authorization Listing • EUAC – End User Authorization Control • Subscriber • Once the tokens are issued, reports series security must be completed

  6. What are Some of the New Application Features? • Save draft with errors • Check errors prior to submission • Complete list of errors with navigation to cells with errors • Reports submission status check • Easier navigation on large matrix report forms

What is the Transition Plan? • First reports to transition will be the Treasury International Capital (TIC) and the FFIEC 009/009A • No decision has been made as to which group of reports will go next • Current IESUB spreadsheet file format or data entry will be accepted in the new Reporting Central application

What is the transition timeline? • Credentialing communication began in August • OAL and EUACs should be established • Subscribers should be identified • Token distribution to begin this week • Report series access to occur in December • Respondent seminar March 6, 2012 • Go live for the March 31, 2012 reports

  9. What are Some Helpful Hints? • Access to IESUB for TIC and FFIEC 009/009a will be turned off beginning with the March 31, 2012 as-of date • IESUB will still be active for all other reports series. • Physical tokens must be used with Internet Explorer • Credentialing process should be completed as soon as possible • FFIEC 009/009a reports are mandated electronic
