9. Automatic Changes to Reports • BusinessObjects will: • Change field name • Change table name • Change field length • Remove deleted field • BusinessObjects will not: • Add new fields U-M Data Warehouse and the Fin/Phys v.8.8 Upgrade

11. Hint when Modifying Repository Reports • If you modify a repository report, use File -> Save As in BusinessObjects to change the report name. Otherwise: • If you download the report again, it will overwrite your copy. • If the report is deleted from the repository, you won’t be able to open your copy. • A good choice for the new name is to add your initials or dept to the report name.
