  5. Secure Leader • It takes effort! • It can feel weird! • It can change you!

  6. Silent Leader • Posture • Acknowledgments • Cues • SILENCE

  7. Difficult People • Do you really know them? • Start learning!

  8. Questions • When is the last time someone showed you empathy? How did they show it? • What makes you a safe place for people to turn? • Which step is most difficult for you and why? • Self-Awareness • Listening fully – no agenda! • Understanding People • Feeling Uncomfortable • Being Silent
