  3. Plan of Attack • World of WebbCraft. • Daily Goals and Achievements Recorded • Officers ranked Daily, based on Achievements • 4 Star Generals • Lieutenants • Sergeants • NewBies

What is World of WebbCraft? • WebbCraftis A Military Branch led by the highest ranking officials • WebbCraft conquers goals by building strong communities • WebbCraft Trains in relationships • WebbCraft wins battles based on the positive choices that the team makes • The Commander-in-Chief is Deanna Webb

  5. Rankings • At the end of Every day you will get Ranked based on how you did that day, and that will be your official Ranking for the following day • The amount of Points you earn each day will determine your level in our Military Branch • The more successful WebbCraft becomes, the more privileges, bonuses and “Deployments”we will sponsor

  6. Ranking: 4 Star General(100-90 per day) • 30 mins of Military Training Fridays + DeBriefing Lunch • 3 Rations of LRE’s • Gym time (when available) • Choice of Seats (including Blue General Chair) • Individual Hall, lunch, bathroom, library access • May Attend All athletic activities, field trips, Assemblies • Computer access (Library/iPads) during lunch/Free Time

  7. General Benefits Support from CIC • First choice of Reward Benefits • Military Training Retreats • Activity & Snack on Fridays • 5 days in a row of perfect service • 15 minute Break-pass

  8. Ranking: Lieutenant (89-80 per day) • 15 minutes of Military Training on Fridays during Lunch De-Briefing • 2 Rations of LRE’s • Seat with population (after managers choose seats – not in Blue General Chair) • May attend all assemblies • Individual Hall, lunch, bathroom privileges

  9. 5 mins of Military Training at end of the day (2:15) with 1 ration of LRE Seat along the Counter Use of halls only to go to class Escorts to Bathroom Ranking: Sergeant (79-70 per day)

  10. Seat in Outpost Area Work done in Outpost Area Additional Training completed during Lunch Lunch in HQ Escort to other classes Ranking: Newbie (69 - 0)

  11. Special Notes on Rankings • If Homework is missing, you lose Points towards Rankings • Officers may only increase one job Title per day • After returning from suspension, must begin as Newbie

  12. Bonuses • F - Follow Directions • O - Interact with Others positively • C - Complete Task • U - Use Appropriate Language • S - Stay in Assigned Area • The CIC will hand out bonuses to reinforce positive behaviors and help WebbCraftbecome more successful

  13. World of WebbCraftAgenda 2012-2013 • Morning Individual De-Briefings each day to assess needs/goals • Questions/concerns • Updates • Goals for day • Afternoon De-Briefings as needed to evaluate/process daily activities • Offer suggestions • Evaluate goals from day • Plans

  15. NORMS:HeadQuarters @ 126 • Be Honest • Be respectful of others • If you make a mistake, Fix it • Support the Mission and your Fellow Officers

Unscheduled Community Meetings • If you, as High Level Officers observe a fellow Officer breaking one of the community established norms • YOU MUST CALL A COMMUNITY MEETING with the Commander in Chief • The available affected community will come together, and discuss the norm that is broken and how we can fix it as a community by using the restorative questions?

  17. Restorative Questions:To Ask at Community Meetings • What happened? • What were you thinking at the time? • Who has been affected? • What are you thinking now? • What do you think you can do to help those affected?
