How to refer a young carer to the Young Carers Project The young person is carrying out significant caring tasks and assuming a level of responsibility for another person, which would usually be taken by an adult? The young person is responsible for the care of a member of their immediate family who has a physical illness, disability, mental health problem or dependency on alcohol or drugs The young person is aged between 10-16 years old and is the MAIN CARER The young person is living in the borough of Harrow.
