  5. Agency must offer voter registration during initial intake and recertification. Voter registration has no impact on applicant’s benefits. Client’s information will be used for voter registration purposes only and will otherwise remain confidential (including office of origin.) Voter Registration Forms are available in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Korean. Agency-Based Voter Registration Program
