  2. 氰化物中毒解救机理 目前一般采用氧化剂(如亚硝酸钠、大剂量的亚甲蓝等)结合供硫剂(硫代硫酸钠)联合解毒。氧化剂使部分低铁血红蛋白氧化为高铁血红蛋白,高铁血红蛋白中的Fe3+与CN—有很强的结合力,不但能与血液中游离的氰离子结合,形成氰化高铁血红蛋白,使氰离子不能产生毒性外,还能夺取已与细胞色素氧化酶结合的氰离子,使细胞色素氧化酶复活而发挥解毒作用。
