Good news about recall and detail questions: • It is the easiest reading skill to learn. • It is signaled by certain words - Who, what, when, where, etc. • Answers can be found DIRECTLY in the text -Can highlight, underline, or circle answer
Bad news about recall and detail questions: • Answers require attention to detail • May have to give multiple answers in order to have a fully complete response. Example: What are the four steps?
Directions assignment: • How do you feel after the assignment? • Was the assignment “tricky”? • Why did some people “get” the assignment?
