The Cotswolds are an area of hills that spread across parts of three counties – Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. Villages built of golden Cotswold stone and gently rolling hills are the common links across this area. Once famous for the wool trade it is now a major tourist destination – and home to royalty with Prince Charles and Princess Ann both having houses in the Gloucestershire Cotswolds.

Broadway Tower The tower, built on top of Fish Hill, offers views across a wide area of the Cotswolds. The nearby Fish Inn was once run by my aunt’s brother-in-law.
