  2. Integrated Source Management Portfolio (ISMP) • Portfolio of IT tools to: • enable an up to date accounting of risk-significant sources (NSTS) • modernize materials licensing and provide an up to date repository of all licenses (WBL) • authenticate the validity of licenses (LVS) • Verification that licenses are valid and not altered and possession is not exceeded

  3. License Tracking System • Database for holding records for active licenses and historical licensing actions • Tool for processing pending applications • Inspection planning and inspection history • Additional functionality for reciprocity, SS&D, and Incidents

  4. Web-Based Licensing – Fall 2012 • Based on NRC’s License Tracking System • Modern database and process tool • Will house all Agreement State and NRC licenses (license image) • Users have access to all license information in the system from all sources • Available for external users

  5. Distributed Version • Goal: Make a system available for States to adopt now and to promote WBL use • Removed NRC specific information • Added configurability for States to populate their own data tables • Allows States to make their own changes and host on their own network

  6. LTS DV Implementation • LTS “Lite” distributed to six Agreement States • NRC remotely assisting deployment and data migration/mapping questions • Sign user agreement • Full version delivered • Assist with launch and provide user training

  7. LTS DV Distribution Process • Questionnaire to gauge State’s IT infrastructure • Conference call with NRC and State IT staff and managers • User Agreement for full version • Coordination to deploy, migrate, and train over 2 month period • Work with 3-4 States every two months
