  2. Committee on Membershipshall receive and process: • a) application for membership and • b) make recommendations to the President. • c) It shall implement rules, regulations and decisions as promulgated by the NEC or the NBOT for the admission of members in the Union.

  3. Classified as Teachers 1. Teacher I to III 2. Master Teacher I to IV 3. Head Teacher I to VI 4. SPED Teachers School Principals ALS Teachers

  4. FEES, DUES, OTHER PAYMENTS • A membership fee - Php100.00 • Monthly Dues – Php30.00 which may be collected through check off deduction upon previous written check-off deduction. • It shall be made payable directly to the Union but it shall immediately release: • Php10.00 to the division unit, • 10.00 to the regional chapters • 10.00 to the National Union • for the operational expenses and other expenses inherent to the National Administration.

  5. “Agency Fee” refers to a reasonable assessment equivalent to the dues and other fees paid by members of the sole and exclusive collective negotiating agent deducted from non-employees’ organization members who benefit from the terms of the collective negotiation agreement.
