  8. Other business development activities OutSmart and TÜV NORD have become strategic partners to operate in the international wind energy market. OutSmart is a fast-growing specialist in the field of on- and offshore wind energy and TÜV NORD is a leading German testing, certification and inspection organization with an extensive international network of offices. The collaboration will create a major specialized provider of technical and management services in the field of wind energy. Hannover/Velp, September 20, 2013. German TÜV NORD has taken a share in OutSmart as of September 13th. Both parties have decided to join forces to strengthen their international presence in the energy market and to offer more services in the field of wind energy.
