  2. OBJECTIVES. • 1) To make the computer students know the importance of Accounts in businesses.2) To make the computer students understand the importance of Accounts in their computer field.3) To make the students list out the various Accounting documents used in businesses.

  3. OBJECTIVE ONE. IMPORTANCE OF ACCOUNTS IN BUSINESSES. • 1) Accounts help to have speed and accuracy in calculations.2)it helps to avoid unnecessary expenditure in the business.3) it enables one to know when a business is making a loss or profit.4) it enables one to be able to write out figures correctly. • 5) It enables one to fill and record business transactions

Objective 2: Importance of Accounts to Computer students. • Accounts helps Computer students to be able to to work well in Excel. • Accounts help computer students to be able to work with Accounting Documents in the computer. • It helps them to store business financial transactions in the memory of the computer. • It helps the students to be fast and accurate in calculations.
