  4. FSA/HSA UGA to continue to pay monthly fees for FSA UGA to continue match for HSA contributions, $375/750 USG to pay monthly fee for HSA

  5. Health Insurance • No rate increases except Kaiser HMO, 4.4% • Mail order prescriptions available on all health plans(optional) not mandatory • HSA coinsurance changes to 15/85%
