Common Good City Farm • Vermiculture • I have EiseniaHortensis or in Europe, DendrobenaVeneta • What they need in my experience • Water (not wet or soaking) • Carbon (bedding, newspaper) • Nitrogen (leaves/veggies) • Oxygen (air) • Soil • A safe, dark place (aerated bin) • Around 60-100°F (I have kept them ~25-110° F)

  8. Common Good City Farm Step 1. Compost soil and food waste (may need to add water)

  10. Common Good City Farm Step 3. Add food waste to aerated bin

  11. Common Good City Farm Step 4. Add sifted aged “worm mix” to aerated bin

  12. Common Good City Farm Step 5….. Repeat and top with paper and water
