China's Challenges to U.S. InterestsMs. Kerry DumbaughUS Congressional Research Service Monday, Nov. 13, 3:30SWC 111 An open reception will follow the talk at 4:45 in the Special Collections Room in Bailey Library Kerry Dumbaugh since 1985 has been a specialist in Asian Affairs, primarily focusing on China at the Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Trade Division of the Congressional Research Service, a research arm of the U.S. Congress. Ms. Dumbaugh specializes in analyzing political, security, and human rights developments in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, and has written extensively on U.S. policy in Asia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University; a Master of Arts degree in East Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania; and a Master of Science degree in National Security Studies from the U.S. National War College in Washington D.C.
