  5. ADF Planning Status General Planning CJOPS Decision Brief for PP12 signed. Command CMDR Ken Walters, RAN confirmed as Commander Australian Contingent. Small number of ASNCE staff remain to be identified. Engineering 12 engineers confirmed to participate as FIE in Indonesia. Medical All Personnel for ADF Health PP12 positions identified. Credentialing to follow.

  11. NZDF Planning Status NZDF will deploy a multi-disciplinary team of 8 personnel for the duration of the deployment to Vietnam 10 – 24 Jul 12. Exact composition is to be finalised in due course but likely to be as follows with specialties to be advised: 2 x Health Planners 1 x Medical Officer 1 x Nursing Officer 1 x Dentist or Dental Hygienist 2 x Medics 1 x Environmental Health Officer Outline SOM: - Embark USNS MERCY in Subic Bay, Philippines on or prior to 6 July 12. - Conduct tasks as personnel embedded into appropriate health capability bricks. - Disembark at conclusion of Vietnam mission. - RTNZ via either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. No Change

  12. CPF FOPS Update • Manning Update • Approximately 70 billets being filled by FFC will be in 07MAR SDOB. • Unknown if USARC will fill the 16 CA billets.

Medical Update • Medical WG Telcon held Tuesday, 21 February 2012, 1200 hrs • Medical Assessment to Philippines completed; full report to follow early next week • “Push back” from Political Officer at USEMB IRT medical assessment to Cambodia • In the process of confirming this with ODC • Discussed new provider credential requirements with Philippine DoH and AFP representatives • Will be meeting with Philippine Consulate to review waiver procedures • Received word that Indonesia might want to follow similar procedures
