  2. Rules • Spread mustaches out on the floor in the front of the room. • Class divides into teams of 4 or 5. • A question appears on the screen and ALL students solve it independently (unless the question says “team play”) • During a team play, all group members may collaborate. The teacher will roll a die to pick a team. • A name is drawn at random. That student responds. If they get it right, they come up and pick a mustache. They add/subtract that amount of centimeters to their team “stache.” • “shave it for later” : team loses all points and start at 0 • Score is kept on the whiteboard. • No calculators until QUESTION 20

  3. Expectations • No talking while a question is on the board. • Conversation level of 1 during group questions. • 3 strikes your out (back-up packets are already on my desk). • Exhibit good sportsmanship. • HAVE FUN!
