  2. 16 JUNE: EOLE DATABASE 10.45 – 11.30 Good practice in employee ownership training and education. EOLE Programme and database. EOLE database gathers some 150 training and education programmes. It gives a good picture of the development of employee ownership in the world and what are the real needs in respect of training and education.  Marc Mathieu, Head Manager of EOLE Programme

  5. EOLE: 1. collect info To be fully successful, employee ownership and financial participation need education and training. A lot of communication, training and education programmes already exist for employee ownership and financial participation, but all this information had still to be collected and analysed. Step 1. This was the first goal for EOLE, with the help of companies, organisations and social partners, educational and training organisations… and the internet !!!

  6. EOLE: 3. standards Step 2. This way, EOLE was able to set up a database with all information about existing education and training programmes, across the world. Step 3. EOLE is now going to define common European specifications, which will make things easier for companies, for educational bodies and for social partners at country level.
