  3. I like how original and unique this wallpaper design looks.

  4. I love the idea of framing different images and placing them on a wall. It would make Lily’s room look more unique and personal (as she could frame images of herself and her family).

  5. Since Lily likes abstract artworks and paintings, perhaps a design like this would be suitable for her room

  6. A simple, patterned wallpaper, such as this one, would make her room look stylish and modern

  7. Bed

  8. Stylish, modern and unique. This bed would be eye catching to visitors.

  9. Lily said that she wanted a bed with a grand head frame. This bed shows exactly that.

  10. Another stylish and modern bed to be considered for Lily’s room. It would also be more comfortable for Lily to sleep in.

  11. A more simpler design, this bed is modern and has a industrial feel to it, not drawing too much attention from the walls (as well as other items). It would most likely be less expensive to purchase.

  12. Relaxing areas - chair, couches

  13. Clear chairs, placed on top of a carpet looks chic in any space. I believe that Lily would really like the idea of having the chairs clear.

  14. This chair looks very interesting and different, fitting well into Lily’s room with a funky wallpaper, a collage of picture frames or an artwork.

  15. A fun and girly pink chair can brighten up the whole room and make it look youthful. Also, a piece like this would make Lily’s room more feminine.

  16. A small couch like this would be prefect for Lily’s room, since it isn't too big, complementing the bed and study table. If the couch was any bigger then this, it wouldn't be able to fit in the room.

  18. I think that Lily would like a simple black study table in her room, because it wouldn’t divert too much attention from other items (such as the bed, wallpaper etc). If all the components in her room were colourful and had different patterns, they wouldn’t look cohesive with one another and the room would be a mess.

  19. I think that a white and small study desk like this would fit into Lily’s room perfectly.

  20. Conclusion I found these existing furniture items to be very helpful. I have gained some knowledge about the different items available on the market, as well as been inspired by each of these pieces. I now feel much more confident to start and create my idea generation.
