  3. What is an Institutional Electronic Portfolio? • An efficient tool to present an electronic snapshot on the academic and operational happenings of an institution.  • A vehicle to display information, documentation, and resources for program and/or • or institutional accreditation purposes

Institutional Electronic Portfolios: Evidence of Effectiveness • The Institutional Electronic Portfolio is designed to showcase an institution in a new way: Linking Learning, Improvement Processes & Measurement/Accountability • Provides evidence of learning • Serves a purpose of external & internal improvement, processes and results within a team structure • Ensures external accountability • Offers new means of communication

  9. Institutional Electronic Portfolio: AQIP Template • The Institutional Electronic Portfolio template allows an institution to electronically display and document its activities with regard to the nine key components of the Academic Quality Improvement Project (AQIP).
