  5. What the Y Will Do • Access to YMCA camps, Kon-O-Kwee Spencer, Deer Valley YMCA Family Camp and Camp T. Frank Soles for the purpose of parent/child camp outs and activities provided at ‘member’ costs. • Continues opportunity to recruit participants from the YMCA Indian Princess programs • Upon opening of the Spencer Family Y, the Y will provide the Questors with: • Program Member benefits for participants • a venue for meetings and activities • opportunities to recruit new participants through promotional displays and posters • a program webpage and digital support

  6. What the Questors Will Do • Continue to uphold and promote among participants, the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility • Continue to identify the program as the Questors, without the use of the YMCA brand identity markers, including the name, YMCA • The name, YMCA, can be used in conjunction with the Questors program when: • Describing the relationship, “Questors is an affiliate program of the Y of Greater Pittsburgh.” • Used in statement of disclosure regarding financial transactions, “Fees associated with the Questor program are transacted independently of the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh.” • Used to describe a physical location of a Questor event when held at a Y of Greater Pittsburgh facility or camp, “This weekend’s campout will take place at YMCA Camp Kon-O-Kwee Spencer.” • Begin to use the financial disclosure statement on all materials and digital media where payments are transacted and/or prices are listed. • Continue the group’s relationship with the South Hills YMCA and maintain regular communications with the YMCA contact • Participate in the public phase of the new Spencer Family Y Capital Campaign by: • Accept and share information regarding the plans for the new Y • Participate in appropriate grass-roots fundraising efforts • Transition to a formal program of the Y of Greater Pittsburgh • Process to be identified by the organizational contacts listed above • Transition plan to be complete by April 2014 or when renovations to the facility begin • When the new Spencer Family YMCA is opened and operational: • National Y branding standards to be applied to all group communication channels and materials at that time • Local operational guidelines to be upheld once transition occurs.
