OSE Form 00811, Paragraph 3.127.2 2011 VERSION 3.127.2 For the purpose of this Contract, a total of five (5) calendar days per calendar month (non-cumulative) shall be anticipated as ''adverse weather'' at the job site, and such time will not be considered justification for an extension of time. If, in any month, adverse weather develops beyond the five (5) days, the Contractor shall be allowed to claim additional days to compensate for the excess weather delays only to the extent of the impact on the approved construction schedule. MANUAL REVISIONS ADDITIONAL CHANGES • General Formatting of chapters and forms. • Permits are all now is 500 Series. • OSE will be providing CM-R (400 series), DBx (700 series) and Energy Performance (800 series) documents and forms. • Article 12 now has a form number – SE-225 – including Exhibit A. • Now an SE-217 without formula (no “0”s on bottom line). • Construction Change Order is now an SE-380 (was SE-480). • Project Manual Table of Contents with extra lines for Special Conditions. • SE-550 & SE-560 are back for optional use. Can still use AIA form.

MANUAL REVISIONS ADDITIONAL CHANGES • Permit to Develop in Flood Hazard Area was SE-900 (application) and SE-901 (permit) and is now SE-510 – all one form. • Building Permit was SE-385 and is now SE-580, Building/Construction Permit and is to be used on ALL projects. • Certificate of Occupancy was SE-590 and is now SE-585, Certificate of Occupancy/Use, and is to be issued on ALL projects. • Code Tables in Chapter 5 have been updates and unlocked. • Chapter 1, Section 1.7.2 shows updated SCBO schedule. SCBO is now published daily and the deadline for OSE approval, if required, is noon 2 business days prior to publication. • All forms used to advertise in SCBO that require OSE approval, must be submitted to OSE in Word Format.
