  3. Networking & Sharing Information How can we achieve bulk purchasing benefits – best value? Can we create a Procurement Group to negotiate better deals – both for schools and Schools Council? Such a move would create a centralised fund to enable free or subsidised training, support or information sources SAO Conference 2011
