  8. 7. The Cyber-Teacher, an ICT specialist, a pedagogical engineer. An ICT society, in which education can take new forms: Internet, presence and distance, time and space, mobile learning, etc.

  9. Three main domains of competence for the Cyber-Teacher: • Mastering disciplins, content, complex knowledge, technology • Mastering the social and human dimension of Education; work with human beings, as individuals or collectively • Work with and in society, as an actor of the society.
